Rates apply only to future successful payments while the qualifying active-customer count is maintained.
Planned founding bonuses: $100 after 10 retained customers, $250 after 25, and $500 after 50. A customer counts toward a bonus only after a second successful billing cycle. Final eligibility, payout timing, taxes, fraud controls, prohibited promotion rules, and cancellation treatment require the signed agent agreement.
Select influencer partners may negotiate volume tiers up to 30%. Proposed thresholds are 20% at 500 active paid customers, 25% at 1,000, and 30% at 5,000. Every custom rate requires a written agreement and applies only to eligible payments while the partner maintains the applicable threshold.
