Information collected

• Email address, account details, and membership records needed to provide requested access.
• Information voluntarily submitted through a launch, agent, or support form.
• Referral codes and campaign labels included in a visitor’s link.
• First-party funnel events such as site views, plan views, checkout openings, and checkout attempts.
• Optional HeyCatch analytics only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” It records public-page visits and basic browser/device and network information for traffic measurement. Gamecrest disables click/form autocapture, masks text and element attributes, removes non-campaign query values, and excludes member, owner, research, market, player-prop, readiness, account, support, API, sign-in, and checkout activity. It does not send an email address, account identifier, payment details, or betting research content to HeyCatch.
• Consent status, policy version, and relevant submission timestamps.

How it is used

Information is used to operate Gamecrest access and support, attribute eligible referrals, measure which Gamecrest campaigns produce interest, prevent duplicate records, document consent, and improve the product. It is not sold or shared with another business for that business’s marketing.

If enabled, HeyCatch processes analytics for Gamecrest. HeyCatch publishes its data processing terms and subprocessor list. Visitors can decline and can reopen “Privacy choices” at any time. The site honors the browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Payments and sensitive information

Gamecrest does not collect wagers, betting selections, government identification, precise location, or health information through its public research interface. Payment-card information is entered on and handled by the approved payment processor; Gamecrest receives transaction and subscription status needed to fulfill access.

Device storage and offline use

The site may store a referral code and display preferences on the visitor’s device. Optional HeyCatch storage is not enabled unless a visitor opts in. Its service worker excludes API responses and prediction pages from offline caching so stale probabilities are not presented as current.

Choice and retention

Joining a marketing list is optional. Marketing messages require an applicable consent record and must provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Operational, billing, consent, security, referral, and support records are retained only as needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and documented business requirements. Analytics consent can be changed using the “Privacy choices” control.
