Service scope

Gamecrest IQ organizes sports schedules, team and player context, availability information, matchup research, market-line history, and model-generated probabilities. Its research assistant explains source-backed information and user-selected scenarios. It does not operate a sportsbook, accept or facilitate wagers, prescribe a specific wager or stake, sell betting picks, provide financial advice, or guarantee outcomes or profitability.

Membership and billing

• Core is $19.99 per month.
• VIP is $39.99 per month.
• Market IQ is $79.99 per month.
• Research Assistant is $149.99 per month. It is a standalone plan and includes Core, VIP, and Market IQ capabilities; no other membership is required.
• Enterprise Intelligence Workspace is a separate business-use inquiry at $10000.00 for the first year and $2500.00 per annual renewal, subject to a signed order and applicable data-use limits.
• Weekly Marquee Matchup Deep Dive is $19.99 as a separate one-time purchase for Core and VIP, and is included with Market IQ and Research Assistant.
• Membership is month-to-month, charged automatically on the signup-date anniversary until cancelled.
• Any founding offer, applicable taxes, renewal timing, and the exact cancellation effective date are shown before purchase.
• Members may cancel future renewal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period; access continues through that paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Market-data limitations

Market IQ and Advanced Market Intelligence are planned to display licensed, timestamped sportsbook prices and calculated movement. Movement reports observable changes only; it does not establish who caused a change, prove professional or “sharp” action, recommend a wager or stake, or predict an outcome. Coverage, books, markets, and refresh intervals may vary.

Independent wagering services

Members may compare licensed market information in Gamecrest and then independently open and use a wagering service of their choice. Gamecrest does not access or connect to a wagering account, transmit a selection, prefill a bet slip, recommend a wager or amount, receive wagering funds, or place a wager. Any third-party service is independently operated and governed by its own terms, eligibility rules, and location restrictions.

Educational calculators

Odds conversion, no-vig probability views, and bankroll-percentage scenarios perform arithmetic using values selected by the member. They are educational research tools and are not individualized wagering or stake recommendations.

Final-sale and refund policy

All sales are final. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current or any partial billing period. One-time research packs are non-refundable once access is granted or delivery begins. Exceptions apply only where required by applicable law or when Gamecrest IQ confirms a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or failure to provide the purchased access.

Failed or disputed payments may suspend access. A refund or chargeback ends the related entitlement and does not create or preserve agent commission; any commission attached to that payment may be reversed.

Probability limitations

Probabilities are estimates based on identified inputs available at the displayed timestamp. Late injuries, lineup changes, weather, source errors, model limitations, and ordinary uncertainty can change or invalidate an estimate. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

Acceptable use

Users may not scrape, resell, republish, reverse engineer, abuse access controls, interfere with the service, use the service unlawfully, or imply that Gamecrest IQ sponsors or guarantees a wager. League and team names identify factual subjects and do not imply endorsement.

Accounts, privacy, and changes

Paid access will require a verified account. Payment-card data will be handled by the approved processor rather than stored by Gamecrest IQ. Material subscription or privacy changes require a dated update and any notice or renewed consent required by law.
